Doubles table tennis: Ukraine wins its ninth medal at 2024 Paralympics
Ukrainian table tennis players Viktor Didukh and Iryna Shynkarova won a bronze medal at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris, winning the mixed doubles tournament (class XD17)

Didukh and Shynkarova secured bronze on the second competition day, defeating the tandem from Brazil in the quarterfinals.
In the semifinals, Ukrainian athletes competed against the Chinese tandem of Zhao Shuai and Mao Jingyan, who were the number four.
Viktor Didukh and Iryna Shynkarova won the first two games with a score of 11:9, but lost the next three, including the deciding game (10:12).

Despite losing in the semifinals, Ukrainian tennis players won bronze. This is Ukraine's first medal in table tennis at the 2024 Paralympics, and it was won in the mix of the doubles tournament, which debuted at these Games.
