Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy chaired the final meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff: he said that this year Ukraine had not retreated in any direction on the ground, had regained the sea and made the sky safer
Zelenskyy announced this on Telegram.
According to him, the final meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief summed up this year's military results, analyzed the results of hostilities and decisions. Zelenskyy noted that, taking into account these conclusions, forecasts and Ukraine's capabilities, a strategy for the Ukrainian army for 2024 was determined.
"This year, Ukraine has not retreated in any direction on the ground, regained the sea and made the sky safer. We continue to work as a team. I am grateful to each and every one of you who gives your all for Ukraine's victory," the president stressed.
- Zelenskyy said that 2024 should be a time of significant growth in Ukraine's domestic defense production.
