Ukraine denies Russia's report on alleged destruction of Ukrainian military boats
Ukraine’s Special Operations Forces have denied the statement of the Russian Ministry of Defence that on the night of 30 August, boats with Ukrainian landing groups were destroyed in the Black Sea
The Special Operations Forces (SOF) state the information on Telegram.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine called for trusting only reliable sources and remembering that "to believe Russians is to disrespect yourself."
The message also gave an example of a message if the Ukrainian Armed Forces wrote in the style of Russian propagandists: "Last night, about 12,000 operators of the 73rd Centre of the Ukrainian Special Forces, armed with combat dolphins, moles and chinchillas, attempted to land on the Crimean coast. The enemy counterattacked with combat boomerangs. Because of this, our soldiers were forced to request the support of the Death Star and the Galactic Empire fleet."
On the night of 30 August, the Russian Ministry of Defence announced that a Russian Black Sea Fleet naval aircraft had allegedly destroyed 4 fast military boats with landing groups of Ukrainian soldiers in the Black Sea.
According to them, there were up to 50 Ukrainian military personnel.
Later, they claimed to have destroyed another Ukrainian boat.
"To the east of Zmiinyi Island in the Black Sea, the crew of a Su-30 naval aviation aircraft destroyed a high-speed military boat of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with a crew," the Russian Defence Ministry wrote.
- On the evening of Tuesday, 29 August, explosions occurred in the Russian city of Pskov near the airfield: the Russian Defence Ministry kept silent about the UAV attack, while the Defence Intelligence confirmed the destruction of at least four Il-76 aircraft.
