Andriy Yermak, Head of the Ukrainian President's Office, shared the information.

The return of the children was part of the Ukrainian President's initiative, Bring Kids Back UA.

One of the returned children is a boy who became an orphan after his mother was killed by the Russian military. His relative sought help, leading to the boy's successful evacuation.

Additionally, Ukraine managed to evacuate a girl and her mother, who had been unable to leave due to restrictions enforced by the occupying forces. They are now in Ukrainian-controlled territory.

  • Five Ukrainian children, aged 11 to 16, have successfully been brought back home from the temporarily occupied territories of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhia regions.
