87 people, including 20 children, evacuated from Donetsk region over weekend
Over the weekend, 87 people were transported from the frontline areas of Donetsk region as part of the mandatory evacuation, including 20 children and 10 people with reduced mobility
The press service of the State Emergency Service in the Donetsk region reported this.
"Over the weekend, specialists of the State Emergency Service provided assistance to 87 people, including 20 children and 10 people with limited mobility, at the points of collection and boarding evacuation vehicles," the statement says.
"Rescuers from the Phoenix evacuation group and police managed to evacuate 5 residents of Avdiivka to safer settlements in the region," the State Emergency Service added.
