UK Chief of Defence Staff meets with Ukraine’s army chief in Kyiv to discuss military needs, frontline situation
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi met with Chief of the UK Defence Staff Admiral Tony Radakin in Kyiv, to discuss the situation at the front and the needs of the army

According to Ukraine’s army chief, the meeting with Radakin was constructive.
"We worked at one of the control points. I briefed Admiral Radakin in detail on the situation on the battlefield, our offensive and defensive actions. We discussed the urgent needs of the Ukrainian army," Zaluzhnyi said.

On August 11, Zaluzhnyi met with the Chief of Staff of the Slovak Armed Forces. Among other topics, they discussed the training of Ukrainian pilots to fly F-16 fighter jets.
