Two major topics to discuss at the UN General Assembly,- a special tribunal for Russia and compensation for damages, - Kuleba
Ukraine's delegation at the session of the UN General Assembly will talk about the creation of a special tribunal to hold Russia accountable for armed aggression, as well as about the mechanism of compensation for damages.
Dmytro Kuleba, minister of Foreign Affairs, who heads the Ukrainian delegation at the 77th session of the UN General Assembly, reports Ukrinform.
According to him, there are two big topics that will be discussed.
"The first is the creation of a special tribunal to hold Russia accountable for committing the crime of aggression. The second is the introduction of a compensation mechanism - to compensate for the damages caused to Ukraine at the expense of Russian money seized in the world," Kuleba noted.
It is not only about Russian gold and currency reserves, but also about other assets, such as real estate.
The minister added that this is one of the cross-cutting topics of bilateral negotiations.
