Twice no. Kuleba answers Russian propagandists about possibility of his meeting with Lavrov

Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that he would not agree to a meeting with the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Sergey Lavrov, on the sidelines of the 77th session of the UN General Assembly in the United States, even if Lavrov wanted it.  He told the Russian propaganda media about this.

Russian propagandists asked Kuleba whether he would meet with Lavrov "here", and then clarified - if Lavrov himself offered. The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs answered "no" twice.
