Tuzla for Europe

Europeans now are the same as we were after the Tuzla Spit*. They realize that Russia is the enemy, but they hope to avoid confrontation.

Ignored missiles over NATO territory will have consequences. If we leave such cases unpunished now, when Russia is weakened by the war, when will NATO be able to defend its sovereignty?

Russia should not just fail to win this war. It must lose crushingly. This is the only recipe for peace on the continent for many years to come. So far, many European politicians lack the leadership to do the right thing.

*Tuzla Spit was a long narrow peninsula or sandy spit in the eastern part of the Strait of Kerch. In 2003, the Russians began to build a dam from Taman station toward the Ukrainian island of Tuzla to connect it to the Russian coast. After a meeting between President Putin and then Ukraine's President Kuchma, the construction of the dam was stopped. The remnants of the Tuzla Spit were utilized in the building of the Crimean Bridge.
