According to media reports, the accident involving a truck with the mobilized military occurred in the morning of January 27. The crash took place in the Belgorod region on a highway near the Ukrainian border.
As reported in Telegram channels, there were servicemen in the truck. Six people mobilized from the Tver region, Moscow region and Kabardino-Balkaria were injured in the accident.
All six were taken to the Belgorod military hospital with serious injuries.
Preliminarily, the cause of the road accident could be weather conditions: the temperature in the area was 8-13 degrees Celsius below zero at night, and ranged from 4 degrees below zero to 1 degree Celsius during the day.
