Volunteer Ruslan Hvilia told about this in the program War and Volunteers to the Espreso.West journalist.
"Residents who were under occupation said that the Russians ran ahead when they left Ukrainian territory," volunteer Ruslan Hvilia says. "If they ran with things and saw that they were running late, they dropped things and ran without them. The funniest thing is that everyone says that they left ammunition and weapons, but they tried to carry the looted things to the end."
