"The world must see this": doctor shows how heart surgery is performed in dark Lviv
In Lviv cardiac surgeons had to perform a complex heart operation in semi-darkness due to a power outage
This was reported by the surgeon of the Lviv Oncology Center, deputy of the Lviv Regional Council Oleh Duda, Espreso reports.
According to him, cardiac surgeons do not give up saving lives even when the electricity is turned off and perform complex operations when it is almost dark.
“The enemy is hitting our infrastructure. Hospitals remain de-energized, but Ukrainian cardiac surgeons of the Center for Children's Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery continue heart surgery! The world must see this photo. We will not be broken! Ukraine will win!” Duda wrote.
