"The Russian authorities will have to answer for this": the President of the European Commission called the killing of civilians in Bucha by the Russian military a war crime

"We've all seen this awful footage from Bucha. This is what happens when Putin's soldiers occupy Ukrainian territory. They call it dismissal.

I call it war crimes. The Russian authorities will have to answer for them", said Ursula von der Leyen.
