Oleksandr Kharchenko, Director of the Energy Research Center, stated this on Espreso.
"I believe that it will be possible to introduce large-scale sanctions against Rosatom, but it will not be instantaneously. It will be a certain process that has already been launched. The process of removing nuclear materials from the global market," he said.
In his opinion, this process is already underway.
"But we need to recognize that a lot of entrepreneurs from countries such as France and the Czech Republic are resisting at the same time. Rosatom has some influence even on the American market. Now governments are working to encourage their companies operating in the nuclear industry to replace the products offered by Rosatom. In order to be able to sanction Rosatom as soon as possible," Kharchenko said.
