Russia has been preparing Russians for many years for the genocide of the Ukrainian people. They said that Ukraine is not a country, and there are no such people as Ukrainians", Garan explained.
Garan added that the article by the Kremlin media Ria Novosti purposefully calls for the de-Ukrainization of Ukraine and repressions against Ukrainians.
