Territory near Crimea is under Ukrainian Armed Forces' control - General Staff
Ukrainian servicemen have reached the coast of the Dnipro River, which gives them the opportunity to establish control over the zone close to the temporarily occupied Crimean peninsula
Oleksii Hromov, deputy chief of the Main Operational Department of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff, said this at a briefing on November 17.
“Our servicemen really went to the coast of the Dnipro River, which allows us to control the territory close to the temporarily occupied Crimean peninsula. Artillery soldiers and in general servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are doing everything possible to hit the enemy at the maximum range of our weapons,” Oleksii Hromov said.

At the briefing, Oleksii Hromov also emphasized that after withdrawing from the right bank of the Dnipro River in the Kherson region, the occupiers may launch an offensive from Belarus to the Chernihiv and Sumy regions: “The enemy is really shifting its troops in some directions, but we are also taking measures.”
