Roman Vlasenko, the head of the Severodonetsk District Military Administration, said this on Espreso TV.
“What we see are two lines of defense. The first runs along the Svatove - Kreminna road. The second is in the Starobilsk - Novoaidar direction. There are a lot of mines - all the roads, entrances, and lawns on the way to these settlements are mined. There is a very large concentration of mobilized Russian soldiers. There is not even a place to station them, so they make tent camps in forest plantations and on the banks of rivers. These are very good targets for Ukraine's Armed Forces,” he said.
