Taiwan stands with Ukraine: Taipei 101 skyscraper illuminated with colours of Ukraine’s flag

Taipei 101 skyscraper, one of the tallest in the world, was illuminated with the colours of Ukraine’s flag to mark the one-year anniversary of Russia’s full-scale war on Ukraine.

From America to Europe and Asia, iconic world landmarks were lightened up in Ukrainian yellow and blue as a symbol of solidarity with Ukrainian people who are currently fighting Russia’s brutal invasion.

Taiwan’s Ministry of Digital Affairs published a photo of Taipei 101 tower and urged the world to stand with Ukraine.

• Last year Taiwan’s Foreign Minister Joseph Wu said in an interview with Espreso TV that Tapei will assist Ukraine to rebuild its war-torn infrastructure, planning to donate USD 56 million.
