Tactical successes of Ukrainian forces in Bakhmut direction are coming soon - Major Kudriashov
Major Rodion Kudriashov, deputy commander of the 3rd separate assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, says that his brigade has liberated thousands of meters of territory and replenished the exchange fund by capturing Russian soldiers
He shared the information on Espreso TV.
"Today, the 3rd separate assault brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces continues to perform tasks in its area of responsibility in the Bakhmut direction. The assault operations to restore the territories and improve the tactical positions of our brigade have been successfully implemented. We have thousands of meters of liberated territory, as well as enemy casualties and prisoners of war in the amount of 15 Russian army regulars," said the deputy commander of the 3rd separate assault brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Rodion Kudriashov added that some Russian soldiers surrendered as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' assault operations involving artillery, tanks and infantry.
"The situation around Bakhmut has not changed by 100%, but I can assure you that the initiative is now in the hands of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. We can see the enemy's reserves being deployed, their problems, and we are planning appropriate measures. I am sure that in this area you will be able to see our certain tactical successes, which will please not only the Ukrainian Armed Forces with improved positions, but also civilians when we are able to show results. We are working, hot days continue both because of the weather conditions and the dynamics of the actions," Kudriashov summarized.

On July 10, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that 24 km² have been liberated in the Bakhmut direction, and 169 km² in southern Ukraine.
