Svatove is focal point for confrontation in Luhansk region - Severodonetsk District Military Administration head

Roman Vlasenko, the head of the Severodonetsk District Military Administration, said this on Espreso TV. 

“The situation is difficult due to the weather conditions. It has improved now, but the moisture in the ground does not make it possible to drive wheeled vehicles. Some of our progress is possible only on tracks. This makes it very difficult for Ukraine's Armed Forces to move forward. At present, the counteroffensive has slowed down a little near Bilohorivka and Kreminna. There is more or less traffic around Svatove - further north and south. Now Svatove is the center of confrontation in the Luhansk region,” he said.
