Russian media Tass reports the numbers, citing the statement of Kirill Stremousov, deputy head of the Russian-installed administration in Kherson region, on November 9.
"Many people have left. About 80,000 people evacuated. We are helping everyone who wants to leave Kherson. I myself am now in Kherson," said the Russian collaborator.
