Storm Shadow changes situation dramatically: Russians will have to make a lot of defense efforts – British expert Grant
Glen Grant, a retired British Army colonel and well-known military expert, believes that Storm Shadow will overcome Russian air defense in most cases
He told about this on Espreso TV.
"It is interesting that the UK has given Storm Shadow, it's the first long-range weapon, and it's a vital long range weapon because it gives the chance for the Defense Forces to strike at some areas, not yet the Kerch bridge but other areas that have been out of range. We know that the Russian military have pulled their headquarters and logistics back so that they couldn't be hit by HIMARS. But now this changes that. And it will mean they have a lot of work to do to defend that they didn't have before. I think that the Storm Shadow will defeat their air defense in most cases," the military expert said.
Glen Grant added that while Russian frontline support has increased significantly, the command is now within Ukraine’s reach .
