Stoltenberg's statement that Russia's victory in Ukraine will be NATO's defeat invites Russian forces to capitulate - diplomat Kharchenko

This was stated by diplomat Ihor Kharchenko on Espreso TV. 

"The statement of the NATO Secretary General is an extremely strong political statement. After it, it becomes clear that no NATO country sees any other scenario than the defeat of the Russian Federation. At the level of the Secretary General, making such a political statement means only one thing - there is no other way out for Russia than defeat. This is an invitation to surrender," he believes.
