This is discussed in the article of Sky News.
In particular, NATO Secretary-General, Jens Stoltenberg, will ask allies to increase aid to Kyiv in winter. Meeting will hold talks on increasing aid, which includes air defense systems, ammunition, as well as non-lethal aid (fuel, medical supplies and winter equipment).
"This is going to be a terrible winter for Ukraine, so we are working to increase our support so that it is sustainable", Sky News quoted senior European diplomat as saying.
British journalists emphasize that Russia does not hide its intentions to destroy Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
Future shelling may be no less powerful than last week's, which left millions of Ukrainians without heat, water and electricity.
