State Border Guard Service head visits positions in Bakhmut and Avdiivka

“This is where the fiercest fighting is taking place. At the frontline, Serhii Deineko and the soldiers and heads of border guard units discussed in detail the defense of positions and actions to destroy the enemy. The head of the State Border Guard Service also asked about the supplies, weapons and technical means for the soldiers in these areas,” the statement reads.

The head of the State Border Guard Service presented the soldiers with state awards and departmental insignia.

“Come back alive and unharmed. This is important for all your families, friends, your commanders and me personally,” Deineko said.
