Spain says it is not considering supplying Leopard tanks to Ukraine
Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares says that his country currently has no intention to transfer tanks to Ukraine

He made the statement at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
"Sending tanks is not on the table in Spain," Albares said during a debate with Polish President Andrzej Duda and Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda at the forum.
"As of today - no," the minister later told EL MUNDO, answering the question whether Spain is ready to send heavy weapons to Ukraine.
At the same time, he noted that Spain will support measures ensuring "the best for Ukraine".
- Finland declared its readiness to take part in the coalition of countries that will transfer Leopard tanks to Ukraine.
- Poland is ready to provide Ukraine with 14 Leopard tanks and hopes that other NATO countries will follow its example and will be able to assemble at least an armored brigade.
