South Africa, China and Russia to hold joint military exercises
The navies of South Africa, China and Russia will conduct joint exercises in February

According to the South African Ministry of Defense, the Mosi II exercise will take place in Durban and Richards Bay in KwaZulu-Natal. They will take place from February 17 to 27. More than 350 South African soldiers will take part in the exercise.
"The planned exercises will benefit all countries involved by improving interoperability of maritime systems and joint disaster response systems, as well as developing maritime cooperation and counter-piracy exercises," said South African Defense Minister Sandi Modise.
South Africa held its first exercises with the Russian and Chinese navies in November 2019 in Cape Town.
On January 23, the United States and Israel launched the largest joint military exercises in history amid the threat from Iran.
