Shell hits cafe where Russian soldiers are having lunch in Kherson region
A shell hit a cafe where the invading Russian forces were having lunch in the village of Zelenivka, in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region
Deputy of the Kherson Regional Council Serhii Khlan wrote about this on Facebook.
On November 8, a projectile hit the Fariz restaurant on the bypass road in the temporarily occupied village of Zelenivka, where the Russian troops were having lunch.
“The occupiers were stationed in a forest strip, and it was in this cafe that they gathered for lunch. They prepared food for them there, and just at lunch, a shell hit. As the locals from Zelenivka note, they had never seen anything like this before - the bodies of Russian soldiers were hanging on all the trees,” Khlan said.
The deputy emphasized that this is also the work of partisans who help Ukraine's Armed Forces to eliminate the enemy on Ukrainian soil.
“The most important part of the resistance movement is coordination with our armed forces to target the enemy groups and the places, where they are located,” Khlan added.
