The representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Andriy Yusov reported the information.
"These are acts of genocide that the Ruscists are not ashamed of. This is the public policy of the regime and the so-called army," he said.
According to Yusov, Russian troops are trying to intimidate Ukrainians with such videos.
The Russian soldiers who filmed the execution of the prisoner are already being searched for.
"This is a complex work that is already underway. This is a task and a matter of honor for the entire defense sector and civil society. I think the perpetrators will be identified," Yusov emphasized.
