According to Vladyslav Vlasiuk, the lifting of sanctions against Russia could be a topic for future negotiations.
"The lifting of sanctions against Russia may be discussed globally. The Russians are eager to have them lifted. However, it is crucial that this discussion only begins after Russia takes significant, tangible steps toward peace," emphasized Vlasiuk, the Advisor to the President of Ukraine on Sanctions Policy.
