This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a morning report on January 31.

On January 30, the aviation of the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out 4 strikes on Russian concentration areas. Missile and artillery units hit 3 control points, 4 concentration areas and 2 ammunition depots of the Russian forces.

Also, over the past day, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled Russian attacks near Novoselivske, Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region and Yampolivka, Spirne, Krasna Hora, Paraskoviivka, Bakhmut, Klishchiyivka, Ivanivske, Avdiivka, Vodyane, Pervomaiske and Vuhledar in the Donetsk region.

Russia conducted 3 air and 4 missile strikes on Ukrainian territory over the last day

Russia does not stop destroying the critical infrastructure of our country, launching missile strikes and shelling civilian objects and civilian dwellings.

Thus, over the past day, Russia carried out 3 air and 4 missile strikes. It fired more than 60 times from multiple launch rocket systems, in particular at residential buildings in Kherson and Ochakiv. There were civilian casualties.

The threat of air and missile strikes throughout Ukraine remains high.

There is a lack of confidence in the Russian leadership decisions among the Russian troops

The personnel of Russia's units are showing disbelief in the decisions of their military and political leadership and exhaustion from the intensity of the fighting.

Russian troops are advancing in the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Vuhledar directions

Russia continues to conduct offensive operations in the Lyman and Bakhmut directions, suffering heavy losses. It is conducting unsuccessful offensives in the Avdiivka and Vuhledar directions. On the Kupyansk and Zaporizhzhia directions, it is defending the previously captured lines.

The situation on the border with Belarus and Russia remained unchanged, with no Russian offensive groups detected.

Training of the Russian units continues at the training grounds of the Republic of Belarus.

Russian troops continue shelling settlements near the state border, causing civilian casualties and destruction of private property.

The occupants shelled three settlements in the Chernihiv region; seven in the Sumy region and thirteen in the Kharkiv region.

Kupyansk direction: five settlements in the Kharkiv region and two in the Luhansk region were hit by Russian fire.

Lyman direction: five settlements in the Luhansk region and four in the Donetsk region were shelled.

Bakhmut direction: thirteen settlements in the Donetsk region came under fire.

Avdiivka direction: eight settlements in the Donetsk region came under Russian tank, mortar and artillery fire.

Vuhledar direction: six settlements in the Donetsk region were shelled.

Zaporizhzhia direction: two settlements in the Donetsk region and eight in the Zaporizhzhia region were hit. In total, more than 20 settlements were hit.

Kherson direction: seven settlements in the Kherson region came under fire from multiple missile launchers, cannon artillery and mortars.

In Luhansk, the occupants set up "field hospitals" on the territory of maternity hospitals

Russia continues to suffer heavy losses and has begun to use additional civilian medical facilities to accommodate the injured Russian soldiers.

Thus, in the city of Luhansk, on the territory of the maternity ward of the hospital No. 3 and the maternity ward of the regional hospital, the occupiers set up a "field hospital" where they treat Russian soldiers.

With Russia's use of two maternity hospitals to treat injured Russians in the city, it is possible to deliver babies only in the Luhansk Regional Perinatal Center, which is severely lacking in room and creates risks and unfavorable conditions for childbirth.
