Following the Russian army's nighttime attack on the village of Kizomys, Kherson region, an elderly man sustained severe injuries, necessitating hospitalization and subsequent surgery.
"Around 1 am, Russian troops attacked Kizomys. A 79-year-old local resident came under fire. He was hospitalized with severe injuries. Doctors performed surgery and continue to fight for his life," the statement said.
Information on the destruction and damage to critical and residential infrastructure is being clarified.
