According to him, the Russian Federation will keep provoking everyone and take actions to divert attention at the global level.

"What is happening on the border of Finland and Estonia, Finland and Russia will continue. Russia will further try to divert attention at the global level, just as the invaders are doing in Ukraine. Analyzing the front line, we see that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are advancing in the south, while Russia is trying to attack in the Kupiansk direction, thus acting asymmetrically. Similarly, the enemy is trying to act in the south, to distract our forces and means. This is a typical way of acting for the aggressor country both in relations and in combat operations, and we have to get used to it," said Mikhnenko.

Russia seeks to stir up the fire of danger and create a global war to plunge the entire world into the so-called global confrontation, the expert believes.

"Amid this confrontation, the Russian forces are trying to find their own capabilities in order to achieve their own goals. Europeans are well aware of this, but the key question remains: "what to prepare for in the future". Of course, it is necessary to monitor the opportunities and ties that Europe still has with Russia, as well as the EU's relations with African countries and Asian regions. Where there were areas of interest for European countries in Africa, there are dangerous moments, and the Russians will try to inflate these "firing positions" around the world, thus distracting the attention of Europeans who believed that these regions were in partnership," Mikhnenko summarized.
