The government of Slovenia wrote about this on Twitter.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation noted in its publication that two Ukrainian organizations received an order to produce a "dirty bomb", and that the work on its creation is almost complete. The post published "photo evidence" of the preparation of the bomb.

The Slovenian government has denied the hoax, saying it shows smoke detectors from the Slovenian Radioactive Waste Agency dating back to 2010. The government says that these photos are freely available and used as illustrative material for the general public.
