Russia's Black Sea navy suffers in major storm
Operational Command South spokeswoman Natalia Humeniuk reports that Russian forces have withdrawn some warships from the Black Sea due to a major storm
She made the statement on air with Espreso TV.
"The enemy is active in the southern direction. However, information circulating on social networks is false. There were no enemy aircraft in the Mykolaiv and Odesa regions. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are operating and keeping the situation under control," Humeniuk explained.
She also said that a powerful storm is raging in the Black Sea.
"There is an extremely powerful storm in the Black Sea. The weather situation is critical. It affects the state of the enemy's warship group. The Russians have reduced the number of ships in the sea: only 5 units of support ships are left in the open sea," she added.
