Russia's 155th Detached Guards Marine Brigade refuses to continue offensive in Vuhledar direction – General Staff
The commanders and rank and file servicemen in Russia's 155th Marine Brigade are refusing to continue their Vuhledar offensive without support or training
The AFU General Staff reports this on Sunday, March 5.
There is a growing conflict within the top military leadership of the Russian Federation, caused by significant losses and a lack of real achievements on the frontlines.
"In February of this year, Putin awarded the commander of the Eastern Military District, Muradov, with the rank of colonel general for a report on the supposed "successes" of the 155th Marine Brigade in the Vuhledar region. However, Shoigu is now demanding that the general justify his rank by taking the city at any cost.”
According to the General Staff, the brigade leadership and servicemen are refusing to go on the offensive again and storm the well-fortified positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine without any support or preparation.
