Russian invaders bring loyal officials from Luhansk region to study in Russia

It noted that most of these so-called officials do not have higher education. The Russian invaders recruited them "from the streets" because there is a shortage of personnel in the region.

"Therefore, tourists from the Russian Federation work in the occupation administrations on a rotational basis, but Moscow plans to change the situation and find a sufficient number of collaborators," the resistance representatives say.

According to the Center, traitors will be trained to work in the Kremlin's "one vertical," i.e. to distribute money and cooperate with supervisors from Moscow. They will also be recruited to work with Russian special services.

• The day before, it was also reported that the Russian invaders were taking collaborators from the temporarily occupied Donetsk region, who had agreed to cooperate with the Russians in the occupation administrations, to study in the Krasnoyarsk Krai of the Russian Federation.
