The Russians shelled 15 settlements in the Donetsk region, damaging at least 37 objects and killing and injuring people
This is reported by the National Police on Telegram.
"Under the shelling of the Russians were 15 settlements - Mariupol, Avdiivka, Vugledar, Volnovakha, Maryinka, Krasnogorivka, Kramatorsk, Druzhkivka, Andriivka, Svyatogirsk, Kamenka, Pavlivka, Zaitseve, Ivanivka, Verkhnyotoretske. As a result of the shelling there are dead and wounded people", the report says.
The overwhelming majority of the damaged objects are residential houses of civilians.
By shelling Avdiivka, the invaders damaged the coking plant, the school, and the gas pipeline.
The invaders launched a missile attack on Kramatorsk, as a result of which, according to preliminary information, people were killed.
"There is information from Mariupol about constant air raids. People cannot leave the bomb shelters, they are in extremely critical condition. A convoy with humanitarian cargo and evacuation buses will continue to move into the city", the National Police added.
The police opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) and Art. 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Information about the victims of Russian war crimes is being specified.
