"A civil industry object was hit. Buildings were destroyed, a major fire broke out. The Central city park was also affected. Fortunately, no victims. We are currently eliminating the consequences of the shelling," he wrote.
At 11:30 p.m. on February 7, Syniehubov reported: "Enemy missiles targeted the Kharkiv center."
Serhiy Melnyk, the head of the Kharkiv garrison, wrote on his Telegram channel that the S-300 missiles were launched from Belgorod.
In the morning of February 5, Russians attacked the center of Kharkiv, damaging a university and a residential building, and injuring at least five people.
