This is reported by the Center of National Resistance.
"The occupation administration requires the residents of the temporarily occupied districts of the Zaporizhzhia region to have passes (permits) to move around the occupied region," the message reads.
The Central Committee noted that the occupiers are basically turning captured settlements into prisons, where people can be detained at every checkpoint for no reason.
Earlier, Russians blocked the exit to the free territories of Ukraine, but now they are prohibiting movement within the captured settlements.
"From April 1, local residents must receive a pass in order to leave the settlement. When issuing it, the occupiers check the cars and car owners," the message said.
