The press service of the Ukrainian Defense Intelligence Service (GUR) has provided details.
The Russian army is planting explosives near gas control points, electrical substations, and key infrastructure sites within the temporarily occupied area.
“These actions by the occupiers suggest a potential intent to sabotage critical infrastructure as they retreat,” as assessed by the GUR.
- Previously, the National Resistance Center had reported widespread mining of public areas in the southern regions of Ukraine under temporary occupation. This included the discovery of a mine on a children's beach.
