This was reported by the Center for National Resistance.

"There is a lack of collaborators in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region who are ready to work for the Russian punitive structures. In particular, we are talking about the so-called police, prosecutors and other structures that should help establish an administrative and police regime. After the aggravation of the humanitarian crisis and the mass mobilization of men, the local population finally stopped believing the occupiers' propaganda about the "Russian world," the National Resistance Center writes.

According to the Center for National Security, the situation in the temporarily occupied territories is getting out of Russian control. The invaders are forced to invite FSB, police, Interior Ministry, and prosecutors from Russia to the Donetsk region.

"They are already preparing a housing stock for them, literally taking apartments from locals to accommodate their employees. The business trips will take place on a rotational basis, and employees will receive bonuses and even the status of participants in the "SVO". Such decisions were made in order to somehow lure staff members to travel to the TOT of Ukraine. This situation is yet another proof of the overall fictitiousness of supporting the Russians in the temporarily occupied territories," the article says.
