Russians are recruiting highly specialized staff for Zaporizhzhia NPP through advertisement
The temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant lacks personnel. Russia is looking for specialists through an advertisement
Energoatom reports.
Russian occupying forces have opened recruitment of "specialists" at Zaporizhzhya NPP and published vacancies.
Probably, there are not enough professional nuclear engineers, and there are very few Ukrainians who have agreed to cooperate with the Russian JSC "Operating Organization of Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant".
Russians are looking for highly specialized personnel in the nuclear field, in particular reactor department operators, internal combustion engine operators, specialists in the repair of reactor-turbine equipment, etc.
These specialties require special education and experience because without this they cannot be admitted to the largest nuclear power plant in Europe.
In addition, Russian forces visit the homes of workers who did not agree to cooperate and try to force them to work at a fake plant.
