OSINT Bees investigators reported the information.

The investigators stated, “Colonel Alexey Loboda, born June 20, 1978, from Voronezh, is responsible for the strike on Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs on August 30. He directly instructed other terrorists to target civilians.”

The investigators noted that there was little information about Colonel Loboda online: “Previous efforts to track him down were either inaccurate or misleading. He has attempted to cover his tracks with a false digital trail,” the OSINT analysts added.

Alexey Loboda is the head of the 47th Composite Guards Aviation Regiment, part of the 105th Guards Mixed Aviation Division within the 6th Air and Air Defence Forces Army of the Russian army. His military unit 45117 is stationed at the Baltimore airfield in Buturlinovka, located at 51.6229117333621, 39.16159372382646. Aerial photos reveal that the airfield is heavily shielded, with its coverage concealed by the shadows cast by communication antennas and air defense radars.

“This doesn’t mean Colonel Loboda is invulnerable. He is well-protected while on duty, but this is only temporary. Let’s see what we can uncover about his activities in his civilian life,” the investigators note.

Colonel Alexey Loboda, born June 20, 1978, has the following personal details:

  • Individual insurance account number (SNILS): 194-17-5365-95
  • Individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN): 671-202-82-63-07
  • Passport: 6602 6879 05
  • Social media: https://ok.ru/profile/349334119753

Colonel Loboda has frequently listed the address of 27 Voroshilova Street on various electronic media, including for the Federal Bailiff Service (FBS) loans and car registrations. This address, however, is a non-residential building housing the Voronezh Military Prosecutor's Office.

Additionally, Loboda has provided the address at 71-A Krasnoznamennaya Street, but records indicate that he has never been registered there.

His wife is Yevgeniya Loboda, born December 4, 1976.

Analysts remind that Loboda has already been notified of suspicion for past war crimes.

  • On August 30, Russia attacked Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs, hitting an educational institution and a 12-storey residential building. The attack killed six people, including a 14-year-old girl. There are 97 wounded, of whom 22 are children.
