Captain Dmytro Lykhoviy, spokesman for the Tavria operational and strategic grouping of troops, reported this during a telethon on August 11.
He noted that drone use in Tavria's frontline area has now equaled artillery use.
"Every day, Russia deploys ammunition containing hazardous chemicals. Out of 536 munitions dropped from drones yesterday, 11 contained poisonous substances," Lykhoviy said.

From February 15, 2023, to July 24, 2024, there were 3,570 reported cases of Russia using ammunition containing hazardous chemicals.
