Russia’s Iskander missile leaves massive crater near playground in Kryvyi Rih — Espreso correspondent
In Kryvyi Rih, efforts are ongoing to eliminate the consequences of Russia’s April 4 missile strike. The enemy missile landed in the middle of a children’s playground, creating a massive crater
Espreso correspondent Nataliia Starepravo reported the information.
According to the correspondent, the crater left by the enemy Iskander missile is located near a multi-story residential building, where children often played before the tragic incident.
“At that time, people were outside — many were out on the street, walking with their children. That’s why there are so many casualties,” she said.
The video shows the aftermath of the Russian strike: shattered windows and doors, destroyed balconies. Since yesterday, residents of the building have been trying to clear the debris.
Currently, near the site of the strike, the authorities of Kryvyi Rih have set up an assistance center for people whose homes were destroyed. Psychologists have also been brought in to provide psychological support to the victims.
“Many of the people coming here are residents of these apartment buildings. They are mourning the people who died. That’s why law enforcement officers, psychologists, and other services are working nonstop at the scene. All the necessary assistance is being provided,” Nataliia Starepravo concluded.
