It is noted that under the guise of detention, the Russian military are actually abducting people.
"People are detained on denunciations of disloyalty, and relatives are not informed of the reasons for the detention and where the detainees are held. Of course, no legal aid is provided to the hostages," the statement said.
- On March 20, it was reported that Russians were conducting searches in the temporarily occupied Melitopol, Zaporizhzhia region, seizing books by Ukrainian writers and looking for those who might be collaborating with the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
