Russian forces shell Kupyansk district: one person killed, two law enforcement officers among injured
On October 30, the occupying Russian army attacked Kupyansk and the village of Kucherivka in the Kharkiv region, killing one person and injuring four others

This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, which stated that the invaders used multiple rocket launchers.
“As a result of the Russian shelling, a police car was damaged, injuring two law enforcement officers and a 57-year-old civilian woman,” the administration said. The injured woman was hospitalized.
Later, the administration reported another shelling in the Kupyansk district, specifically targeting Kucherivka.
"A 42-year-old local resident was killed in the shelling, and another man was taken to the hospital with shrapnel wounds," the statement said.
- Andrii Besedin, the head of the Kupyansk City Military Administration, said that all Russian weapons are reaching the central parts of Kupyansk.
