"A drone operator cannot fail to see that they are striking a small passenger car. It’s impossible to confuse a civilian vehicle with military equipment. This means that the Russians are deliberately targeting civilians, injuring and killing them."

"Evacuation efforts from Pokrovsk and the surrounding community are in full swing. Forced evacuations are underway, and there are very few children left. We are working with families to evacuate all children as quickly as possible. Children should not be in a war zone!" Diachenko added.
