Russian drones kill civilian in Kharkiv region, damage energy sites in Vinnytsia region

Kharkiv region

According to Ukraine’s State Emergency Service, Russian forces carried out a drone strike at night on a municipal enterprise in the frontline village of Prykolotne in Kupiansk district.

The attack caused destruction and a fire in the administrative building. A 59-year-old man was killed.

Vinnytsia region

At 03:51 a.m., Natalya Zabolotna, First Deputy Head of the Regional Military Administration, reported that Russian troops attacked critical infrastructure in Vinnytsia region.

"There were hits on energy facilities. All relevant services have been dispatched. So far, there is no information about casualties," the head of the administration added.

Kropyvnytskyi region

Andrii Raykovych, head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, said that another Russian drone attack took place overnight. Russia targeted an infrastructure facility.

"Damage was recorded to several residential buildings. Three settlements are partially without electricity," Raykovych noted. He added that all relevant services are already working to eliminate the consequences.

Mykolaiv region

According to Vitaliy Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Russian troops carried out a massive overnight attack on the region using Shahed drones. The strike damaged an infrastructure facility, causing power outages on some railway sections.

"Restoration work is underway. No casualties," Kim added.

Railway power outages

Ukraine’s state railway company Ukrzaliznytsia reported that the overnight attack caused power outages on four railway sections. There were no casualties, but infrastructure was damaged.

As of 08:00 a.m., railway workers continued operations using backup locomotives, with delays recorded on several trains.
